 Jani Szukk Dancer
The Szukks have taught several hundred dancers throughout the years from all over the United States and Europe. Their students have continued their success on the dance floor by winning the Hungarian National Latin Championship, the American 9 Dance National Championship, the North American Latin Championship, the World Pro/Am Championship, and several other prestigious titles across the United States and Europe.

Jani and Viktoria teach ballroom, Latin, social, and wedding dancing at their studio focusing on learning the right steps and technique, but always in a fun, family, oriented environment. Derby City Ballroom is known as a dance family instead of just a dance studio.

All of the instructors at our Louisville dance studios are required to maintain the same highest standards of excellence. Our dance studios are furnished with modern dance music and sound equipment of the best quality. The dance studio floors are beautifully maintained for your ballroom dancing pleasure. Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend dance lessons are available.

To sum it up, we believe that learning to dance should be a fun and easy experience for everyone. Got two left feet? Rhythmically challenged? No worries. We specialize in adult beginners.

Everyone is a beginner at some time and our staff remembers what it's like to take those first dance steps. We'll always teach at YOUR pace and in the way that YOU learn. There is no "cookie-cutter" approach to learning.
